We offer the following accounts:
Regular Shares (Savings)
This account establishes your membership in the credit union,
opens the credit union products and services to you, and enables you to extend
the benefits of membership to your family members. Maintenance of the account
requires a minimum balance of $50.00 at all times with dividends payable on
a monthly basis. Your regular shares allows four-(4) free withdrawals per month. A $2.00 fee is charged for each withdrawal thereafter.
Holiday/Vacation Club
We can help you make that next much deserved holiday affordable.
By making budget-friendly deposits throughout the year you'll have enough extra
cash in your wallet when the holidays roll around. Dividends are paid monthly
on this account and allows you up to six-(6) free withdrawals per year. A $5.00 fee is charged for each withdrawal thereafter.
Special Savings
Make your finances easier by separating your savings for your
house remodeling, property tax money, or other special type of expenses you
want to keep track of. There is no need to maintain $50.00 in this account
and you will still earn the same dividend you earn from your regular shares.
Your special savings allows four-(4) free withdrawals per month. A $2.00 fee is charged for each withdrawal thereafter.
Share Draft
Get unlimited access to your funds at Mattel Federal Credit
Union through Share Draft that is FREE of any monthly service charges. No minimum
deposits to open or maintain the account. The account features a FREE box of
basic design checks each year (or deduct the value for specialty checks), unlimited
check writing*, FREE ATM/Debit card, unlimited ATM withdrawals*, unlimited
debit card transactions*, FREE overdraft from any savings account* or your
Visa credit card*, FREE and unlimited billpayer. Our share draft account does
not earn dividends.

Money Market
Get the convenience of writing checks plus earn competitive
dividend rates with a Mattel Federal Credit Union Money Market Account. Requires
$2,500 minimum balance to maintain the account and write up to 3 checks per
month or up to 6 pre-authorized electronic debits. Dividends are paid monthly
on this account.
Matty's Kids Club
Matty can help your kids save wisely with an account just
for them. Having a Matty's Kids Club account can encourage good savings habit
and teaches kids about their finances. Matty's Kids Club is for kids ages 17
and below. Start your kid's account with as little as $5.00 with no monthly
service charge. Dividends are paid monthly on this account.
Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)
We offer Traditional, ROTH, and Coverdell IRAs with no minimum
balance requirements and no service charges for maintenance. This is a basic
savings only IRA. You earn competitive dividends on a monthly basis on this
account.
Term Share Certificates
Competitive certificates rates at reasonable terms available
to all members who wish to earn higher dividend rates on their extra funds.
Minimum balance as low as $1,000 with terms as short as 6 months. Get dividends
monthly paid back into your certificate to compound or have access to your
dividends by letting it pay to your savings or checking*. Penalties apply for
early withdrawals that may reduce earnings and even your balance.
